A Story of Home and Care Introducing our MD, Tom
Candy Care Group provides comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals of all ages — from infancy through to end-of-life — with a strong focus on delivering personalised support in the comfort of home.
I am a parent carer of two autistic children, Elsie and Albie, who both have diagnoses of PDA and, most days, are unable to leave our home. I share personal insights, mostly on the parental experience of PDA, on Linkedin.
Our daily experience of care provision is a consistent, often stark reminder of the importance of our role here at Candy Care Group; from the amazing flow and calm that good practice can facilitate, to the pitfalls of an inattentive approach to care.
I commit to my role behind our Clinical Team in prioritising security and safety for our clients, then where possible, helping them and their families rekindle spark, connection and joy into their lives in often challenging and isolating times.

The Benefits of Working with Candy Care Group

Behind highly-visible brands and huge marketing budgets, do household names truly offer:
Senior Management access and accountability?

Often Account Managers have to run email responses or important decisions through further levels of hierarchy, and further from the direct point of care.

The agility to make packages genuinely tailored?

An SME can move attention and change strategy quickly. As we scale our services, we can do so in targeted ways against anticipated need, with no internal legacy hierarchies to slow us down. As we keep all our workforce relevant, the quality of our package delivery follows.

Local connection and community involvement?

Through local partnerships with charities and community support providers, we are visible and present in the development of our clients’ vital community support networks.

Time to care?

We ensure our Clinical Team have time in their schedules for not only reactive, urgent support when you need us the most, but to schedule more physical visits with current clients and prevent the escalation of concerns.
